  4. I suffered for years with vague, yet debilitating symptoms.
After researching on online, I thought I might have problems with gluten.
Not easy at first .. But, I went cold turkey and cut gluten from my diet.
I could not believe how my vague, unpleasant symptoms disappeared almost over- night!
