For all you who live in the mighty midlands (especially my neck of the woods) the choice of clothing is quite limited to only the main stream shops. Although this can be good, grabbing a bargain or something quirky is a very rare occasion. So I was thrilled to find out my local Orange Tree pub was hosting a vintage shopping session through Dolly Anna Does.
Lucky for me one of those evenings was being hosted on my birthday. What could be a perfect end to my day than grabbing a cheeky glass of wine to celebrate and having a good shop! Certainly two things always top of my list!
The little store was laid out with plenty of bargains and quirky outfits. There were alsorts from delicious vintage jumpers, (including those for the Christmas season) beautiful clutch bags, soft vintage handbags, classic band tshirts, retro shirts/blouses and plenty of floral high waisted skirts… that Topshop would be charging a lot more for. You name it there was something there.
After having a chat to the owner of Dolly Anna Does, I learnt the company was mainly online with it’s ebay shop. I even learnt some items had been customized to give that totally unique look. Have a look at their online ebay shop and facebook page and see if you can’t grab a vintage bargain!
