    I suffered for years with vague, yet debilitating symptoms.
    After researching on online, I thought I might have problems with gluten.
    Not easy at first .. But, I went cold turkey and cut gluten from my diet.
    I could not believe how my vague, unpleasant symptoms disappeared almost over- night!
    Thrilled – I was so thrilled!

    I would use it for christmas day to share with my friends who are coming for christmas dinner,my friends husband lost his job through no fault of his own.I'm deligted my frriend agreed to come wit her children otherwise they would have been sitting in a cold house with no christmas dinner.
