Hair Style AW14: London Mens Collection with TONI&GUY

If you hadn’t heard the TONI&GUY Session Team were working their magic backstage for the
fourth London Collections: Men event, at the beginning of January.  With London Fashion Week approaching fast I’ve decided to reflect on the uber stylish looks created by TONI&GUY for AW14 collections.

The very talented TONI&GUY Session Team were busy working on the following shows; Michael Miller, Roxanne
Farahmand at Fashion East,
Orlebar
Brown and
E.Tautz and Baartmans and Siegel

 Matthew Miller

The Look

The look for the Michael Miller show is very simple, but clearly oozes sleek and sophistication with the slicked back hair.  The smooth lines and glossy ponytails scream authority and business, which works perfectly for the fashion collection the male models were showcasing.

The Look

IVintage is everywhere with many style gurus referencing the fashion from previous years.  The looks for this show clearly have a retro theme with references to styles donned in the 1930’s an 1970’s. For one of the styles they opted for clean side partings amd the second retro look has lots of lift on the top, aiming for a David Bowie inspired piece.

The Look

Urban and edgy are the two words to describe this look.  With patterned fades and freestyle shaved designs on the side of the models heads it’s clear to see why this look was a hit. Simple yet masculine and very dramatic, it makes a solid statement and gives a good impact for the show.

Effortless Cool

Orlebar
Brown

 The Look

A classic and relaxed look for this show was what the TONI&GUY Session Team had created, a very beachy ‘I’ve been surfing’ image. I’d say this style is the most transferable for everyday life and works well for every face shape… plus it looks so effortless!

I think you’ll agree the styles created by the talented TONI&GUY Session Team have been spot on and perfect for each designer’s collection.

I’m really excited to see what they create for the upcoming London Fashion Week… Watch this space!

xoxo
