There are so many vitamin supplements out on the shelves that when you walk in to the chemist or health store, it can be completely overwhelming. Where do you even start? Stepping in to pick up what you thought was just vitamin c tablets, could be greeted by questions like do you want them water-soluble? vegan? more than 25mg? with iron? chewable? And then an assortment of combination choices. Mind blowing. So what do you actually need? Don’t fret, I’ve been on a hunt for some vitamins for the past year that cater to everything you need to be healthy.
It’s very difficult trying to find a good vitamin, whether that is multi-vitamin or a particular supplement, but always, always go with quality products. You tend to find good vitamins might cost a bit more, but if you look at the ingredients and the amount you get for your money, it is always worth it.
Future You for rare vitamin K2
Future You is a brand that has a vitamin K2 product. Vitamin K2 helps to maintain bone health and density by moving calcium from the blood vessels into the bones. Apparently vitamin K2 is quite rare in our diets, and can’t be found easily. I really liked these vitamins because it was a supplement I knew I’d struggle to get from a normal day-to-day diet. Often we take vitamins because we think we should, and actually, we get the vitamin dose already through diet, but I knew with Future You vitamin K2 I was getting something I couldn’t ordinarily.

Robert S. says
I think one of the best qualities about vitamins is that, unlike other products, they seem to be largely the same across brands. Provided you read the labels, you may be surprised to learn that smaller, cheaper brands offer the same nutritional as bigger brands that more costly. Definitely worth keeping in mind for those shopping around.
