I never thought I would find the most instagrammable hotel but I did, in Palm Springs.  The Infusion Beach Club hotel was a stumbled upon find on Booking.com, it was new and still going through its creation stages. Whilst rooms and most of the facilities were all functioning, the pool bar was having work done. This meant the hotel rate was discounted, which we were happy with. But let me tell you Infusion Beach Club Palm Springs is one to watch, and I bet you now that once it is completed, it will be fully booked and sort after by holidaymakers.

Infusion Beach Club Palm Springs review

A short distance from all the heat of the action in Down Town Palm Springs is Infusion Beach Club hotel. We booked this on pure luck and were fully aware there would be building work going on still, but when I saw their website and the social channels, I knew we needed to stay there.

The hotel has an edgy decor with fun neon lights, a dash of that Palm Springs art deco we all love, and of course, the necessities we all need from a hotel stay. We were poolside for our stay, close to the enclosed swimming pool and hot tub. Even though the pool bar was still being constructed the staff were all eager to come around and ask if you wanted anything from their delicious menu, should that be food or a cheeky poolside cocktail? We were particularly fond of the choice in local brewery beer, Poolside being served.

The Room

The room was perfect. I was a fan of the decor, as it was simple, industrial chic and more importantly, functional. A lovely selection of toiletries and a comfortable bed, what more do you need for a stay?

Attention to detail is something I keep an eye out for when I stay somewhere, so here are a few bits I loved…

Free tea and coffee

elp yourself every day to as much tea and coffee as you need. They have decaf and carinated coffee, teas and a select of milk.

Snappy happy

There is a fabulous old Skool designed cocoa cola printed photo machine. It takes three photos then you can have a gif or a collage sent to your email. Loved the fact you could treasure your vacation, but also not waste paper.

Just cruising

There are lots of bike hire shops in Palm Springs but Infusion gives you the opportunity to use theirs for free.  The town is not far away where you can go pick up a morning coffee or scoot around the shops.

Corn hole

We fell in love with what we now know as the corn hole game (we called it the bean bag game). It has American flag-themed bean bags and wooden blocks. On its own Astroturf pitch, this makes for a great option for a poolside break. There is also giant Jenga game to entertain yourself with if you don’t fancy corn hol.

Flamingo fun

Forget having to cart your own pool inflatable on holiday, Infusion Palm Springs has two house flamingos and a mini penguin for all guests to use. Pool and hot tub are also open until midnight, which is very rare in a hotel.

Text butler

Asking for help could not be easier as the hotel offer a text service. Need a towel? Lost the wifi code? Text in and you will be looked after! A very easy, forward thinking option, just allows any queries to be dealt with swiftly and at ease.

Light up cabanas

If the heat of Palm Springs gets a little much, don’t panic you can bunker down with plugs and a cocktail and get some work done. These cosy little spaces are perfect for a bit of time out of the sun.

Movie and yoga

The fact I can do a morning yoga class, or curl up and watch a movie were wonderful touches. They don’t happen every night, but on their website, you’ll see an events section where they tell you what is happening that week.

Overall

I’m thrilled we stayed at Infusion Beach Club, they were even dog-friendly as I met some cuties pottering around with their owners. A little shout out to Viv who is a regular, who came and greeted me whenever I was around. The place is going to be the next big thing on the hotel map in Palm Springs, I’m just happy we got a chance to experience it before it gets too big that we can’t book in! So, if you can deal with some building work, then stay there now.
